mungkin semua masih dalam mood raya n mood mengattend open houses yg sedang rancak berlaku di minggu cuti pjg ni!
terkejut saya bila terbaca paparan facebook seorang rakan ttg, sukatan pengambilan makanan bila tiba raya..esp bila masuk bab nk makan kuih tart ni!
i mmg agak sensitif ok bila org ckp psl my favourite cookies si 'tart nenas ni' tambah2 lagi kalau bila raya, di suruhnya sukat makan tart ni 5 ketul sehari! omigoddd! manakan bisa dong! bila dah kata favourite cookies, setiap rumah yg i pergi pasti i akan cari n rasa kuih tart nya..so kalau nk suruh diet tart..i rela tak pergi rumah org beraya la mcm tu. uols pulak camne?
okla...meh kita tgk apa yg cuba dikongsinya disini..kalau kamu....harus ke kamu sokong cara pemakanan ni atau..opt to something which is more easy to shed ur fats away???

kan......so rasanya..bole ke??? kalau i laaa....ampun i takan ikut diet2 mcm ni ok. .rasa mmg x lengkap dunia kalau x mkn tart masa raya....jadi...
