Muffin Tops...huhu

I received a call from a course mate... this call is very cute. She asked, "i cant help but keep seeing you uploading pics of Bios Life Slim. I cannot tahan u know. Real people is it? (she laugh). Of cos real ah, must be your frens! Model dun look like tat hor! I AM NOT FAT leh but...... i have this MUFFIN TOPS, buey tahan! You also i buey ...tahan, oredi slim wanna be slim (gigling)." I reply, "must still look good mah.. i oso have HIDDEN muffin tops oso! cannot tell people wat! Good thgs muz share!" Than she asked, "How to buy ah? give me tips ok!"


Here r some tips.. beside taking Bios Life Slim n other Unicity supplements, i did walking most of the time... just walking.. I do still indulge myself with treats but moderately.. i normally hv either heavy breakfast or lunch but eat little at nite.. I tried the tips below as well.. it works.. but of cos it takes time.. the muffin tops have been build many-many years.. hehehe.. And of cos, i hardly snacks since iv taken Bios Life Slim... it makes me full most of the time n give me the evergy thru out the day.. ;)


MUFFIN TOPS
The so-called muffin top is the overhanging flesh that spills over the waistband. Not a good look by anyone's standards. So, with summer in sight and low-rise jeans and cropped tops still in fashion, it's time to lose that spare tyre.


# STRIP THE FAT
Muffin tops are made up of excess fat around the abdominal area all the way round your body. Jogging, power walking, cycling, aerobics, swimming - anything that gets your heart rate up and your body moving - will burn fat.


# WORK OUT LATERALLY
Women often exercise the muscles of the front of the body, backs of the legs and abs by jogging, squats, lunges and crunches, but neglect the sides and the back. Try raising your legs to the side and galloping side-to-side on your usual walk or jog. For the less fit, you can get a fantastic workout in water by holding on to the side of the pool and kicking out behind you. Add twists or scissor kicks to tone hips. For best results do a few lengths, then a couple of minutes of exercises and repeat as much as you can.


# EAT LESS SUGAR
By eating slow-releasing (low GI) carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, oats and basmati rice with low-sugar foods such as nuts, fish and green vegetables, you will also help stabilise blood sugar levels.


# IMPROVE POSTURE
Sitting or standing tall, and pulling inwards and upwards by tensing your core muscles (stomach, lower back and hips) throughout the day. Over time, using these 'core muscles' regularly will work wonders.


# BRUSHING AND SCRUBBING
Brushing and scrubbing your muffin top with a good exfoliator and gentle massage (as you would around celluliteladen bums and legs) will also help stimulate cells and improve circulation, getting nutrients in and toxins out. Next time you are in the shower, scrub as vigorously as you can for at least five minutes.
